| The full-time Assistant/Associate/Full Professor is responsible for teaching, course development, and student mentorship for the MSPA program. The successful candidate must share in the mission of CSUSB and the MSPA program, as well as be a strong advocate for the PA profession. The faculty member is also actively involved in multiple facets of the program, including accreditation, assessment, admissions, and programmatic review. The selected candidate will join the team as a tenure track, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (rank commensurate to experience). |

| The Faculty Director of Didactic Education (FDDE) provides effective leadership for all aspects of the didactic phase of the MSPA program. In addition to teaching, the FDDE is responsible for oversight of the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Program’s didactic curriculum. The Faculty Director of Didactic Education must possess prior teaching experience in PA education, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. This full-time position reports directly to the Program Director and works collaboratively with MSPA program faculty and staff. |
