| The Mathematics Department at California State University, San Bernardino is seeking part-time lecturer applications from a diverse group of qualified individuals. The department is seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach Quantitative Reasoning, Mathematics for Educators or selected 2000-level courses at the San Bernardino Campus. Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. |

| The Lab Teaching Assistant (TA) provides instructional support to faculty and students in a laboratory setting. The TA is responsible for assisting in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of laboratory sessions for undergraduate courses.
Working Conditions:
• Requires time in a laboratory setting, handling materials and equipment.
• May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies or equipment.
Hours:
Approximately 10-20 hours per week, depending on the course and departmental needs. |

Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching.
