| Under general supervision, the Human Resources Professional administers and implements Human Resources programs and initiatives. Responsibilities cover most technical aspects of employment services and related projects. Applies professional level knowledge of human resources. Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with human resources policy, regulations, and relevant bargaining contracts, and help stakeholders handle requests. Handles multiple work priorities and is accountable for own work results.
The incumbent serves as a primary point of contact for the Human Resources Division, providing front desk coverage as assigned and responding to inquiries from employees, applicants, managers, and the public through multiple communication channels. |
