Oversees with minimal direction the Front Desk and Compliance units, ensuring efficient and exceptional service and advising to students, faculty, and staff. Provides comprehensive immigration services to international students, including immigration document processing, compliance guidance, and ongoing support. Supports CSUSB’s non-resident faculty with employment visa processes and ensures compliance with immigration regulations. Ensures that both students and faculty have the resources and support necessary for successful integration into the campus community, while maintaining strict adherence to federal, state, California State University, and CSUSB requirements. Serves as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Responsible Officer (RO) for the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program administered through the Department of State (DOS), liaises with federal officials, prepares reports in accordance with federal guidelines, and briefs management on issues and concerns. |

The Associate Director of Operations plays a key leadership role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of CSRI’s centers ensuring the delivery of effective reentry services to participants. This position assists the Director of Operations in managing multiple sites, ensuring program compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The Associate Director directly oversees the Program Compliance Analyst, Engagement Analyst, subcontractor relationships, and housing placement coordination. By working closely with center managers and organizational leadership, the Associate Director ensures the alignment of operational activities with CSRI’s mission and goals while fostering an environment of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement. |

The Associate Director of Administration is a key leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s administrative infrastructure, including IT systems, building management, fiscal operations and serving as the Human Resources (HR) liaison. This position works closely with the Director of Administration to ensure efficient budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting, while also maintaining safe and functional facilities. The Associate Director of Administration leads efforts to streamline administrative processes, enforce compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, and support the operational needs of CSRI’s programs and staff. This role plays a critical part in optimizing resources and ensuring the organization’s administrative functions align with its mission and strategic goals. |

Under the supervision of a Physician and the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Physician Assistant provides a wide range of primary health care services within their established scope of practice to provide a wide range of primary health care services, such as conducting physical examinations, assessing, diagnosing, treating and managing illnesses and injuries, ordering tests and interpreting the results, counseling patients on preventive care, and preventive and health maintenance services. The incumbent may also work occasionally at the Palm Desert Campus, as needed. |

The School of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) invites applications for tenure-track position in Computer Engineering at the Assistant Professor level, beginning August 2025. All areas of Computer Engineering will be considered. CSE is seeking visionary candidates who contribute to our campus community through teaching, research, professional activities & service and to achieve the mission and goals of the School, College and University. The successful candidate is expected to teach a variety of undergraduate courses in computer science domain and graduate courses in related areas of specialization. The successful candidate will produce scholarly research and provide service to the university and community.
