The Senior Manager, Budget and Resource Planning of Finance, Technology, and Operations (FTO) will direct strategic planning, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and other financial and administrative functions for operating and special funds. The Senior Manager develops and implements policies in support of financial operations and assigned division units. This work includes revenue and expenditure projections, ongoing analysis of cost centers, financial planning, procurement, and ongoing review of staffing across the divisions. This position will provide advice to the CFO and VP of FTO, VP of Human Resources, Deputy Chief of Staff of President’s Office and executive heads, directors, and managers and others on best practices of fiscal policies and procedures regarding budgeting, and procurement. |

Candidates must have at least a Master’s degree or specialized certification physics, astronomy or material science, or related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior teaching experience at the college or university level and who can furnish evidence of strong teaching.
