| The Coyote PRIME English Instructor Lead provides engaging, adaptive, skill-building english instruction and consultation for Coyote PRIME to support high school students who are on track with A-G requirements but need additional support to meet grade-level and college-readiness benchmarks. This role uses EdReady to identify learning gaps, personalize instruction materials, monitor student progress, and provide small-group or one-on-one support guidance along with the Coyote PRIME English Tutor. The English Instructor Lead collaborates with program staff, supports the English Tutor, and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and student-centered learning environment. |

| The Caseworker serves as a primary point of contact providing direct support and case management services to individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community to help them navigate personal, social, and system goals and challenges. This role involves assessing client needs, developing individualized plans, and coordinating with various services and community resources to ensure clients receive appropriate assistance addressing barriers to successful reentry, such as housing, employment, and access to social services. |

This position supports the SMSU’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering culturally affirming environments, advancing student development, and managing initiatives that promote the retention and success of LatinX and Native/Indigenous students. The Senior Coordinator supervises professional and student staff, manages center operations, implements culturally relevant programs, and collaborates with campus and community partners to enhance support for historically underserved populations. |
