The Administrative Analyst is a key member of the administrative team at the Cal State San Bernardino Reentry Initiative (CSRI). Under the direction of the Associate Director of Administration, this position is responsible for the full range of fiscal, purchasing, payroll, and budgetary functions necessary to support the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. The Analyst performs complex analysis, financial forecasting, budget oversight, and purchasing coordination across multiple Day Reporting Centers (DRCs) and acts as a liaison between CSRI, University Enterprises Corporation (UEC), and external funders. This role requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, discretion, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, confidential environment. |

The Center Manager oversees the daily operations of a CSRI center, ensuring the delivery of effective reentry services to supervised persons (parolees). This position manages staff, coordinates programs, maintains compliance with policies and procedures, and fosters a supportive environment for staff and participants. The Center Manager serves as the primary point of contact for their center, driving operational success while addressing participant needs and maintaining community relationships. |

Full time position reports to the IESBDC Director and will coordinate and market small business training events, assist in program development, manage training and client databases, and provide program reporting results. Inland Empire SBDC training program encompasses approximately 120 - 150 events each calendar year. Training events are held at all full time SBDC offices in Riverside, San Bernardino, and at 13 outreach offices in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. |
