Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Administration, the ASC will provide clerical and administrative support to staff of the administrative and operations divisions.
Director of Re-entry Operations/FAITHS (UEC) San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Operations, the Director of Reentry Operations will oversee the FAITHS Throughcare Program’s reentry and community stakeholder initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing partnerships, policies, and operational plans that align with the program’s mission to reduce recidivism, address intergenerational trauma, and support successful community reintegration for justice-involved individuals and their families. The Director will coordinate diversionary programming, ongoing psychoeducation, and case management services, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices. Additionally, this position will supervise graduate-level interns, manage program evaluation efforts, and foster collaborations with community and academic stakeholders to support participant success.
School of Social Work Part-time Lecturer Pool San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The School of Social Work seeks applicants for its part-time lecturer pool to teach bachelor’s and master’s level classes in micro practice, macro practice, human behavior in the social environment, research methods, and practicum seminar at our San Bernardino and Palm Desert Campus locations. Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in social work from a CSWE accredited program or a doctoral degree in social work, two years’ post master’s work experience, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and experience working with diverse populations and community partners. Preferred qualifications vary depending on the type of course assigned and may include: a PhD (research methods) or an LCSW (micro practice/practicum seminar, and 5 years’ experience in clinical social work (micro practice/practicum seminar). This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. Staffing decisions are made on a rolling basis typically beginning a few months prior to the start of an academic term right up to the beginning of the academic term. We recommend submitting your application at least 4 months before the beginning of an academic term to be considered for available positions.
Department of Art & Design- Teaching Associate Pool San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of Art & Design, as part of the College of Arts & Letters at CSUSB, offers bachelor's degrees in art history, design, studio art, and art education, plus a graduate program offering an MA in Art and an MFA in Studio Art. The department serves approximately 500-600 students in its majors per year, plus other students from across the campus. The core approach taken to teaching across all the areas of the department focuses on visual and material literacy, as well as critical and discursive analysis of art, design, and other cultural productions. Students that we serve gain a broad base of skills in the areas of art and design making, as well as research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and writing. Through our programs, we strongly encourage an open approach to understanding how all aspects of art, design, and cultural production contribute to imperatives of diversity and community engagement. Buyer (Buyer III), FAS - Procurement & Contracts San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Buyer III is a senior level position in which the incumbent will have full purchasing responsibility for the technology and software commodities and will work independently under general supervision of the Executive Director of Procurement and Contracts. This individual is responsible for the acquisition of all goods, services, leases, and technology contracts on behalf of the California State University, San Bernardino.
