Partnering with senior leadership and University Advancement, this role manages a portfolio of major donors, cultivating and soliciting transformative gifts. Performance is measured by financial goals, donor engagement, and overall fundraising impact. Reporting to the Associate VP of Philanthropic Giving, the Director collaborates across campus to drive initiatives aligned with the university’s mission and vision. |

| The Peer Learning Programs (Supplemental Instruction and Embedded Tutoring) within Academic Success and Undergraduate Advising (ASUA) are seeking Instructional Student Assistants (ISAs) to serve as Peer Learning Facilitators in support of historically challenging courses at CSUSB. Peer Learning Facilitators are assigned to one of three roles—SI Leader, Embedded Tutor, or Embedded SI Leader—based on the support modality aligned with the assigned course and section. |

| The Department of Educational Leadership and Technology seeks dynamic, equity-centered educators to serve as part-time Adjunct Lecturers and Fieldwork Supervisors. Successful candidates will deliver graduate-level instruction aligned with program standards and provide mentoring and coaching to students. | Provide parent education courses for parents/caregivers in an in person group format or online. Duties include facilitating 9-session parenting courses. Parent educators may also be asked to do “onetime” presentations on various parenting topics in the local area.
Parent educators will also be expected to complete necessary paperwork and facilitate after-class debriefing sessions with children’s program staff as needed. Parent educators must follow a fully developed parent education model (and will be trained to use this model before leading groups). |
