The Police Dispatcher(s) will perform a full range of standard dispatch classification related duties on rotating shifts. The Police Dispatcher(s) will receive information, complaints, requests and signals from a variety of communication equipment. The incumbent will evaluate information received, determine a proper course of action, and disseminate information. The Police Dispatcher(s)will handle police, parking and other types of radio traffic, maintain all information in a computer aided dispatch system and perform other classification related duties as assigned.

Department of Geological Sciences Part-time Lecturer Pool San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Part-time lecturers are solely responsible for teaching their assigned course(s), including teaching all class sessions according to the semester schedule and teaching in the modality assigned to the course. Part-time faculty are expected to be available to students outside of scheduled class sessions for discussion of matters related to instruction, and expected to make course materials available on Canvas. Part-time faculty are responsible for assessing student work and assigning course grades.
Department of Geological Sciences Teaching Associate (TA) Pool San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
CSUSB Geology Teaching Associates (TAs) may be responsible for one or more GEOL 1000L Introductory Geology Laboratory sections, or may support a faculty member in an upper division geology class. TAs teaching GEOL 1000L are solely responsible for their assigned section(s), including being present in person for all class meetings during the semester, being available for meetings with the laboratory coordinator and other teaching assistants, maintaining the shared lab space including cleaning up after assigned lab sections, assessing student work, and meeting with students outside of class during regularly scheduled office hours. TAs supporting an upper division geology class will work with the faculty member teaching the class to determine the TA responsibilities.
Community Service Specialist (Community Service Specialist 1), Parking Administration San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under general supervision of the Parking Director, Community Service Specialist I will receive day-to-day work direction from a Lead Community Service Specialist II. This position is often the first presence a visitor will encounter when coming to campus and they play a critical role in supporting the mission of University Police Department and the University as a whole. The Community Service Specialist performs standard duties related to patrolling campus buildings, facilities and parking lots; enforcing established rules and regulations by taking the appropriate actions; and performing related community support functions.
Director, Tribal Relations (Administrator II), University Advancement San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Director, Tribal Relations will provide strategic development and operational objectives and is responsible for the overall administration of tribal relations programs to the President, Senior Leadership and campus communities by building and sustaining relationships with the Native Nations within CSUSB service area, state-wide and Native American serving organizations. This position serves as the primary point of contact with Native American tribes, federal and state agencies, and applicable consultants. This position is responsible for Tribal regulatory compliance, consultation and communication, outreach, and records management. The Director will collaborate ongoing Native American Initiatives and events with Admissions, Student Affairs, Faculty. The Director will retain campus regulatory compliance authority over all tribal Native American collections under the administrative control of the University, including oversight of NAGPRA and CALNAPRA compliance requirements.

The Department of Biology at California State University, San Bernardino is seeking part-time graduate student teaching assistant applications from qualified individuals for our San Bernardino Campus (SBC) and/or our Palm Desert Campus (PDC). Candidates for this position should be graduate students in the MS Biology program and should possess good organizational and communication skills with a drive to enhance student success. Prior teaching experience is recommended but not required. School of Social Work Graduate Assistant Position San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus, San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus
The CSUSB School of Social Work seeks a graduate assistant who has strong research skills focusing on examining food insecurity in the Coachella Valley area, leveraging community-based partnerships to do so. In particular, this position will work directly with community partners to implement a cross-sectional survey and analyze survey data to further understand the nature of food insecurity in the Coachella Valley. The graduate assistant will play an active role on project teams with the University and community partners. Candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines, be well versed in basic research and evaluation strategies, methodologies and analytic approaches, have quality written and oral communication skills, and be able to manage positive relationships with community partners. This position provides the opportunity for conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications. The position requires approximately 6 hours per week through Summer 2025.
