| The Associate Director of Operations plays a key leadership role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of CSRI’s centers ensuring the delivery of effective reentry services to participants. This position assists the Director of Operations in managing multiple sites, ensuring program compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The Associate Director directly oversees the Program Compliance Analyst, Engagement Analyst, subcontractor relationships, and housing placement coordination. By working closely with center managers and organizational leadership, the Associate Director ensures the alignment of operational activities with CSRI’s mission and goals while fostering an environment of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement. |

| The Associate Director of Administration is a key leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s administrative infrastructure, including IT systems, building management, fiscal operations and serving as the Human Resources (HR) liaison. This position works closely with the Director of Administration to ensure efficient budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting, while also maintaining safe and functional facilities.
