Senior Manager (Administrator II), Budget and Resource Planning	San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Senior Manager, Budget and Resource Planning of Finance, Technology, and Operations (FTO) will direct strategic planning, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and other financial and administrative functions for operating and special funds. The Senior Manager develops and implements policies in support of financial operations and assigned division units. This work includes revenue and expenditure projections, ongoing analysis of cost centers, financial planning, procurement, and ongoing review of staffing across the divisions. This position will provide advice to the CFO and VP of FTO, VP of Human Resources, Deputy Chief of Staff of President’s Office and executive heads, directors, and managers and others on best practices of fiscal policies and procedures regarding budgeting, and procurement.
Department of Physics and Astronomy Teaching Associate (TA)Pool	San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Department of Physics and Astronomy at California State University, San Bernardino invites applications to apply for a Teaching Associate position. The Department Chemistry and Biochemistry at California State University, San Bernardino is seeking part-time graduate student applications from a diverse group of qualified individuals for both our San Bernardino Campus (SBC) as well as our Palm Desert Campus (PDC). The department is seeking experienced, well-organized, and student-centered individuals to teach in any of our subject areas: General Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry. Candidates in this position will be tasked with teaching labs or discussions which are foundational level courses while maintaining an active dialogue with the coordinator. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students. Executive Director (SMSU)	San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Executive Director of the Santos Manuel Student Union, a 501 c3 auxiliary organization of CSU San Bernardino, provides leadership, management, direction, and financial oversight to all areas of the SMSU including all personnel, year-round programming, facilities & operations, administrative support services, and diversity & belonging-focused affinity centers. Oversight of CSUSB’s Recreation & Wellness Center is also under the purview of the Executive Director of the SMSU as student fees dedicated to the SMSU also support the Director, staff, and operations of the RecWell. Together, these areas serve more than 16,000 CSUSB students. The Executive Director also provides oversight of staffing and operations to the Rancho Mirage Student Center (RMSC) located on CSUSB’s Palm Desert Campus. The RMSC offers student engagement programming, similar to that of the SMSU, to the 2,000+ students who attend the PDC. The areas under the purview of the SMSU Executive Director employ approximately 40 managers & professional staff members and 250+ student employees. As part of the university’s commitment to shared governance, the Executive Director also works directly with and in support of the SMSU Board of Directors.
