| The Associate Dean partners closely with the Dean of the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences to support effective and efficient college operations. This role provides leadership and oversight for faculty affairs, facilities planning and management, and college and university relations, while also serving as the manager of the Dean’s Office. The Associate Dean supervises college IT and support staff and is responsible for completing annual performance evaluations for both permanent and temporary employees. |

| The Inland Empire Small Business Development Center is a federal program partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration & the California Governor’s Office of Business & Economic Development. The SBDC is hosted by CSU, San Bernadino, University Enterprises Corporation. The purpose of this grant is to provide no-cost technical assistance to entrepreneurs and small business owners in the Riverside and San Bernardino County.
Under the direction of the SBDC Director the call center representative will conduct inbound and outbound service calls, provide a high-level of customer service and document details of all calls and customer interactions in the SBDC CRM System. |

| Under supervision, Instructional Student Assistants (ISA) in this classification perform grading, tutoring, and/ or laboratory assistance duties for most work hours in a given appointment in the School of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) over the course of an academic term. Assignments are made by the School of Computer Science and Engineering department or a CSE faculty member at California State University, San Bernardino. The work may be performed on campus and the hours assigned must be approved by the Director of CSE. |
