Executive Director (SMSU)	San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Executive Director of the Santos Manuel Student Union, a 501 c3 auxiliary organization of CSU San Bernardino, provides leadership, management, direction, and financial oversight to all areas of the SMSU including all personnel, year-round programming, facilities & operations, administrative support services, and diversity & belonging-focused affinity centers. Oversight of CSUSB’s Recreation & Wellness Center is also under the purview of the Executive Director of the SMSU as student fees dedicated to the SMSU also support the Director, staff, and operations of the RecWell. Together, these areas serve more than 16,000 CSUSB students. The Executive Director also provides oversight of staffing and operations to the Rancho Mirage Student Center (RMSC) located on CSUSB’s Palm Desert Campus. The RMSC offers student engagement programming, similar to that of the SMSU, to the 2,000+ students who attend the PDC. The areas under the purview of the SMSU Executive Director employ approximately 40 managers & professional staff members and 250+ student employees. As part of the university’s commitment to shared governance, the Executive Director also works directly with and in support of the SMSU Board of Directors.

The National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research Grant at UEC/CSUSB is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to develop and manage project responsibilities.
Police Captain (Administrator II), University Police	San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Under the general supervision of the Chief of Police, the Captain is responsible for the direct and indirect supervision of all personnel assigned to the Operations Division to include policy formation and execution. The incumbent is responsible for the protection of life and property and the enforcement of all pertinent laws within the jurisdiction of the California State University San Bernardino Police Department. The incumbent acts as an assistant to the Chief of Police and may act as the temporary head of the Department in the absence of the Chief of Police.
Associate Director (Administrator I), International Student and Scholar Services	San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
Oversees with minimal direction the Front Desk and Compliance units, ensuring efficient and exceptional service and advising to students, faculty, and staff. Provides comprehensive immigration services to international students, including immigration document processing, compliance guidance, and ongoing support. Supports CSUSB’s non-resident faculty with employment visa processes and ensures compliance with immigration regulations. Ensures that both students and faculty have the resources and support necessary for successful integration into the campus community, while maintaining strict adherence to federal, state, California State University, and CSUSB requirements. Serves as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Responsible Officer (RO) for the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program administered through the Department of State (DOS), liaises with federal officials, prepares reports in accordance with federal guidelines, and briefs management on issues and concerns.
Associate Director of Operations/CSRI (UEC)	San Bernardino - San Bernardino Campus
The Associate Director of Operations plays a key leadership role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of CSRI’s centers ensuring the delivery of effective reentry services to participants. This position assists the Director of Operations in managing multiple sites, ensuring program compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The Associate Director directly oversees the Program Compliance Analyst, Engagement Analyst, subcontractor relationships, and housing placement coordination. By working closely with center managers and organizational leadership, the Associate Director ensures the alignment of operational activities with CSRI’s mission and goals while fostering an environment of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
