The position also manages University Central Funds and Reserves, oversees enterprise and auxiliary budgets, and represents CSUSB in systemwide budget matters with the CSU Chancellor’s Office, State Controller’s Office, the Budget Officers’ Association, and the University Budget Advisory Committee. |

The Housing Navigator provides direct support to participants in the RESET Program by assisting them in securing and maintaining stable housing. This position works under the supervision of the Program Manager to develop individualized housing stability plans, coordinate rental assistance, and connect participants with wraparound services. In
addition, the Housing Navigator will provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling and relapse prevention services as part of a comprehensive support plan. The Housing Navigator engages participants using a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, supporting their long-term housing and community

In addition, the Program Manager maintains strong partnerships with parole agents, BSCC, CDCR, local housing providers, and community-based organizations to expand access to transitional
