Passport Coordinator San José
The Passport Office Coordinator supports the daily operations of the SJSU Passport Acceptance Facility, ensuring compliance with U.S. Department of State regulations and university policies. Reporting to the Vice Provost for AIIE and guided by the Projects and Program Analyst, this role manages application intake, recordkeeping, financial transactions, and customer service. The coordinator also leads student assistants, handles scheduling and training, and contributes to marketing, outreach, and process improvements. This position is key to maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.

The Office of the Dean of Students Behavioral Intervention Case Management Team serves both the University and the individual student by working in a holistic manner with students who are experiencing higher levels of distress, life challenges, or barriers, which could be interfering with their ability to be successful.
