Under general supervision of the Facilities Project Supervisor for HVAC, the Building Service Engineer operates, maintains, repairs, and inspects HVAC and water systems. Key responsibilities include testing and calibrating machinery, chemically treating boiler and cooling tower water, diagnosing and repairing distribution systems, and utilizing building automation systems for troubleshooting and optimization. The engineer responds to service requests, maintains swimming pools, and keeps detailed logs of maintenance activities. |

The Custodial Day Crew Manager, under the Associate Director of Custodial and Moving Services, oversees and supervises custodial crews across multiple campuses and locations. Responsibilities include managing daily custodial services, supporting special events, emergencies, and after-hours needs, and assisting with shift coverage. The manager ensures efficient, cost-effective services, oversees personnel, monitors contracted services, and implements quality assurance programs. In the absence of the administrator, the Crew Manager may assume operational management of the Custodial Services Unit or part of it. |
