| The SJSU Online Student Success Center is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Online Student Success Advisor (SSP II) to support the academic achievement, retention, and degree completion of fully online students. The Online Student Success Advisor provides holistic academic advising and proactive success coaching to primarily working adult learners pursuing their bachelor’s degree. The advisor builds meaningful relationships with students, monitors academic progress, delivers strategic outreach, and connects students with university resources to promote persistence and graduation. This position is eligible for remote work within the state of California. |
