Program Coordinator, Center for Asian Pacific Islander Student Empowerment San José
Under the general supervision of the Program Director for the Center for Asian Pacific Islander Student Empowerment (CAPISE), the Program Coordinator is responsible for providing support with the planning, coordination, implementation, and assessment of student success programs and workshops that serve students of Asian and Pacific Islander (API) descent and celebrate their heritage/culture. The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with internal and external partners and stakeholders that will make it possible for programs and activities to be sustained.
Business System Analyst San José
Business System Analyst serves as a subject matter expert, coordinating and supporting enterprise software systems and website management for Facilities Development & Operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with IT on software updates, administering databases, managing access and security, providing training, overseeing storage and backups, and ensuring network interfacing. The incumbent also leads efforts to modernize the department's website, ensuring content is current and accurately reflects the organization.
Storekeeper San José
The Storekeeper is assigned to the Central Stores Unit within Business and Administrative Services and works independently or as a team member under the general supervision of the Central Stores and Inventory Coordinator. The incumbent is responsible for receipt, storage and issuance of a volume of varied supplies requiring moderately complex storage practices in the branch warehouse and supply rooms operated by Facilities Development and operations.
Custodial Graveyard Shift Crew Manager San José
Under the general supervision of the Lead Custodial Crew Manager, the Graveyard Shift Custodial Crew Manager oversees custodial teams across campus locations, ensuring daily services are completed and supporting events, emergencies, and after-hours needs. Responsibilities include personnel management, oversight of contracted services, implementing quality assurance, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective service delivery. The manager may also cover other shifts as needed and assume operational leadership in the administrator’s absence.
Lead Building Service Engineer San José
The Lead Building Service Engineer directs a small crew of skilled trades workers and assistants in all aspects of HVAC work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating tasks, preparing materials lists, ordering supplies, providing instruction, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, inspecting work quality, and maintaining accurate records in building information and maintenance management systems.
