| Under general supervision of the Grounds, Landscape & Recycling Manager, the Lead Groundsworker oversees and collaborates with grounds staff in all aspects of grounds, landscape, and refuse management for athletic and recreational facilities, as well as general gardening and maintenance for designated campus areas. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and guiding staff in routine and specialized tasks, such as renovating fields, developing sprinkler systems, repairing surfaces, and maintaining vegetation. |

Building Service Engineer (2 Positions)

| Under general supervision of the Facilities Project Supervisor for HVAC, the Building Service Engineer operates, maintains, repairs, and inspects HVAC and water systems. Key responsibilities include testing and calibrating machinery, chemically treating boiler and cooling tower water, diagnosing and repairing distribution systems, and utilizing building automation systems for troubleshooting and optimization. The engineer responds to service requests, maintains swimming pools, and keeps detailed logs of maintenance activities. |
