The Vice President (VP) for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a cabinet level strategic executive leader that reports directly to the President of the University. The VP and CFO provides executive leadership and vision to the Cabinet regarding operational functions of the university.
Registered Nurse San José
Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Registered Nurse performs a variety of medical services for students at the Student Wellness Center.
Custodian San José
The position will have one of two different work schedules: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or Thursday-Monday 8:00am-4:30pm. The Custodian performs all duties in their specific assigned work area and is responsible for performing duties in other work areas as needed. Work areas are located within residential facilities and/or administrative offices and include the Classics residence halls, the Campus Village residential facilities and/or the trash/recycling rooms.
Assignments Coordinator San José
Performs duties under general supervision but works independently to maintain the assignment aspect of resident accounts, including processing manual and automated assignments, administering processes to address retention and recruitment of residents, and otherwise supporting the administrative functions for housing assignments as well as housing managed parking areas.
Care Experience Coordinator (2 Positions) San José
Reporting to the Director of Care Experience and Operations, receiving general work direction from the Care Experience Lead, the Care Experience Coordinators maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of health information, coordinate patient access, flow, scheduling, and basic education.
