Electrician (2 Positions) San José
Under general supervision of the Supervising Electrician, performs skilled journey-level electrical work, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and low-voltage systems such as fire and alarm systems. Duties include troubleshooting malfunctions, planning and wiring new or remodeled installations, testing equipment for safety and efficiency, and fabricating parts. The incumbent ensures work complies with codes and specifications, uses a computerized maintenance system, and may guide unskilled or semi-skilled assistants.
Catalog and Curriculum Coordinator San José
The Catalog and Curriculum Coordinator position provides complex administrative and curricular support to Deans, Chairs, faculty, and staff, and responds to student inquiries. The incumbent has primary responsibility for maintaining and updating the curriculum tables in PeopleSoft and Modern Campus databases (Curriculum and Catalog), developing, revising, implementing, and evaluating processes and procedures to establish best practices.
Student Success and Services Coordinator San José
The Student Success & Services Coordinator provides comprehensive program support, academic advising, and student success services for a diverse student population. The role analyzes retention, persistence, time-to-degree, and survey data to inform recruitment, accreditation, and program planning. The coordinator recommends policy and process improvements, manages projects that enhance the student experience, and serves as a key liaison among College leadership, departments, and University offices. The position requires strong judgment and discretion in resolving student issues and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders.
Groundsworker - South Campus San José
The Facilities Development and Operations Department is seeking South Campus Groundsworkers. In this position, you will be assigned to an area of campus and are responsible for maintaining all areas of the grounds and landscape including lawns, groundcover, plants, hedges, shrubs, and trees. If you have a minimum of one year of experience in the care and maintenance of landscaped areas in general grounds maintenance work, or in related manual labor, then we want to hear from you!
