The Director of Capital Projects manages all aspects of programming, design, construction, and stakeholder relationships, for large scale academic and administrative building projects across Yeshiva University’s New York City campuses, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Director will be responsible for projects from inception through delivery, including defining project scope, developing budgets and schedules, writing RFP's, selecting, onboarding and managing consultants, GCs and CMs, tracking costs and funding availability, leading project meetings with cross-functional teams, and providing updates to leadership and stakeholders. The Director will also continuously monitor and assess potential project risks, escalating scope, budget, and schedule issues, as appropriate. The Director reports to the Project Management Office, and collaborates with staff in University Operations, Information Technology Services, Institutional Advancement, and other departments throughout the University to achieve project delivery goals. |
