The Instructors will collaborate with other faculty and staff to maintain a supportive and innovative learning environment that reflects the dental school’s commitment to excellence.
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Dental Education. The Clinical & Preclinical Instructor(s) are responsible for delivering integrated instruction across both the preclinical simulation laboratory and the clinical patient care environment. This role is designed to ensure continuity between foundational skill development and real-world clinical application, supporting the YUCDM model of early clinical exposure and competency-based progression.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, plus Friday mornings.
Rotational assignment between the simulation lab and the clinic based on curricular needs. |

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Dental Education, this position oversees the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Dental Anatomy and related restorative pre-clinical coursework, ensuring that students acquire a precise understanding of tooth morphology, occlusion, nomenclature, and foundational restorative concepts essential for clinical competency.
The Director is responsible for coordinating course instruction, supervising pre-clinical laboratory activities, and supporting faculty in delivering rigorous, hands-on training aligned with the academic standards and educational mission of the Yeshiva University College of Dental Medicine.
