Position Summary:      

Central (Yeshiva University High School for Girls), in Queens, NY, offers a rigorous and innovative academic program that highlights best practices of education to inspire our students to become life-long learners. Central is seeking a dynamic, full-time Tanach teacher and Programming Director for the upcoming 2022-2023 academic year.

Position Responsibilities:

We are looking for a teacher with a strong knowledge of Torah and pedagogical skills who is passionate about inspiring high school students towards a deeper connection with Torah and Judaism. We are interested in new teachers as well as experienced teachers and can offer growth opportunities for educators who are looking to advance their careers, through mentorship and professional development. Candidates will also be joining a robust programming team. Responsibilities will include creating innovative, meaningful, and educational experiential programs.

Experience & Educational Background:

Teaching experience and master's degree are preferred.
