Position Responsibilities:

Support the graduate admissions office by:

Providing general administrative support

  1. Respond to questions from prospective students by phone, email, WeChat, and WhatsApp
  2. Follow up with admitted students on outstanding documents
  3. Assist with the planning and execution of information sessions and other recruitment events
