| The Network Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and monitoring the University’s campus area network to ensure reliable and secure connectivity. This role performs a range of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and user training activities to ensure network performance meets institutional and user needs. The Network Administrator also supports faculty, staff, and students by responding to network-related questions and issues through the Help Desk ticketing system. |
