The HRIS Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data across the organization. This position is responsible for processing employment changes and onboarding new employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring timely and accurate data entry aligned with payroll and compliance requirements. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the analyst contributes to system audits, process improvements, and the overall efficiency of HR operations.
The HRIS Analyst provides internal support for system-related issues, assists with basic troubleshooting, and collaborates closely with HR Recruitment, HR Benefits, Payroll, and ITS to ensure the HRIS meets evolving business needs. This role also supports the development and maintenance of standard and ad hoc reports to enable data-driven decision-making. |

The Associate Director of Student Aid manages the daily counseling operations and implements the strategic direction of the Office of Student Aid. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, oversees major Student Aid functional areas, and provides leadership in systems management, policy development, and staff supervision. Undergraduate and Graduate students and their families are the primary focus.
This key position is part of the senior leadership team in the Office of Student Aid. The position works under the direction of the University Director of Student Finance and the Director of Student Aid Operations. |
Student Accounts Counselor – Student Health Insurance Focus

The Student Accounts Counselor will provide high-quality service to students and families in all matters related to student billing, payment plans, and especially student health insurance. This role serves as the key liaison for student health insurance inquiries and ensures compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
This position will work primarily at the Wilf and Beren campuses, and other campuses as needed. It has the potential to be remote for a day a week during the school year and 3-4 days per week in the periods when students are not on campus.
This key position is part of the senior leadership team of the Office of Student Accounts. The position works under the direction of the University Director of Student Finance and the Director of Student Accounts. |
