PEOPLE Summer Residential Mentors (Full-time) summary: Residential Mentors will be responsible for supporting a group of PEOPLE precollege students (up to 18), ranging from rising high school sophomores through seniors, by providing college readiness mentorship, transportation, and social/emotional wellness. Part-time Residential Mentors will assist in supervising and participating in PEOPLE Summer University (PSU) activities/events. We have full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (10-25 hours per week) positions available. Full-time positions will include housing.

We love our community! Lead Recreation Inclusion Staff get the chance to create access and opportunity for people with disabilities in our community who have barriers to engaging in our programs. Our staff get to be creative, flexible and have fun while providing support so all people in our community can enjoy the benefits of MSCR programs!
We love our staff! All MSCR Recreation Inclusion Staff receive specific Professional Development training geared to working with people with disabilities. We provide ongoing coaching to help grow your skills and offer opportunities to advance. Gain the skills and experience needed to become a Lead Assistant Director for Inclusion Services or a Field Supervisor! We serve locations all over the city and try our best to match staff with their location preference.
During summer, MSCR offers the Summer Recreation and Enrichment Centers (SREC), which provides extended programming at the MMSD Summer Semester sites. Additionally, MSCR provides a program called Camp Compass, which provides all day childcare (7:45am-5:30pm). The Lead Inclusion AD is assigned to either one SREC or Camp Compass site depending on skillset and participant need.
