The incumbent serves as a member of the team responsible for Slate project management, including developing, tracking and reporting on key admissions and enrollment metrics. The incumbent trains and supervises graduate program assistants, and casual and work-study employees to ensure high quality customer service and accurate and efficient information dissemination.
