The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) administers the education of graduate students in the humanities, natural sciences, and social sciences in the Arts and Sciences, and grants the PhD in all divisions of Columbia University. The Office of the Dean for GSAS seeks an Associate Director of Administrative Operations that will provide executive-level administrative support to the Dean and Vice Dean and oversee day to day office operations. In this role, the Associate Director’s key areas of responsibility will include performing high-level executive support, ensuring smooth and seamless office operations, and providing project coordination support. Through this role, the Associate Director can expect to expand their knowledge of office operations and project management. To be successful in this role, the Associate Director should demonstrate a high degree of professional maturity and operational effectiveness; strong organizational and project management skills; a customer service disposition; and an ability to work collaboratively and independently in an academic setting.

Director Exam Accommodations Columbia Health Morningside
Under the leadership of the Senior Executive Director, Disability Services, the Director of Exam Accommodations is responsible for the strategic planning and operational management of the Testing Center and the administration of undergraduate instructional testing services. The incumbent will provide administrative oversight, visionary leadership, and overall direction for all aspects of accommodated exams and proctoring services. The Director will provide leadership and supervision for Testing Center personnel and oversee the adherence to compliance with established policies, laws, regulations, operating procedures, and University standards related to testing accommodations.
Director Student Case Management Columbia Health Morningside
Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Disability Services, the Director will provide oversight, strategic direction, and subject-matter expertise across the University regarding students with disabilities, accommodations, and accessibility. The incumbent will direct the Disability Services Student Case-Management team to ensure implementation of approved accommodations and the administration and stewardship of university-wide resources and services for undergraduate, graduate, professional, non-degree, and visiting students registered with Disability Services (approximately 4,000 students annually).
Executive Assistant Research Morningside
The Office of the EVPR has overall responsibility for Columbia University’s research enterprise. It works to promote an institutional environment that sustains the high quality of the University’s research program, while ensuring that research is conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and University policies. The Office assists investigators seeking external funding, promotes interdisciplinary research, and provides seed money for innovative early-stage research. The Office administers the policies governing the conduct of the research at the University and the management of its research programs.
