We are searching for a dynamic, energetic, and integrative professional to provide direct support to students in the Ritchie School's professional programs, including Cybersecurity, Data Science and AI, and Systems Engineering. The Student Success Manager for Professional Programs will be the primary point of contact for information and coordination across the professional programs and various stakeholders, including graduate students, faculty, administrative staff, and leadership.
The ideal candidate works collaboratively as part of a recruitment, innovation, student success, and excellence team, and should have strong creativity and coaching skills. We seek candidates who have a passion for continuous learning and a collaborative spirit. This role offers a significant opportunity to positively impact the success of our professional students throughout their journey – from registration to graduation.
