Responsible to coordinate, introduces and process all Concierge related requests to ensure the highest level of service delivery for internal and external guests.

Summary of Job Responsibilities Assist the (Assistant) Manager in monitoring and maintaining all related Electrical systems and equipment to ensure uninterrupted services to the property. Assist the (Assistant) Manager in planning preventive and corrective maintenance of related equipment and ensuring smooth operations with industrial best practices and Government guidelines

Assist the Senior Manager and/or Associate Director to lead the Operation and Maintenance Team to manage and maintain Podium facilities to meet the business and operational needs. Assist the Senior Manager and/or Associate Director in planning and implementing corrective and maintenance programs, improvement works, A&A and renovations projects etc. in accordance with company’s policies, service standards and authority requirements.

Assist the Facilities Assistant Manager/Manager to lead the Operation and Maintenance Team to manage and maintain Hotel’s facilities to meet the business and operational needs. Assist the Facilities Assistant Manager / Manager in planning and implementing corrective and maintenance programs, improvement works in accordance with company’s policies, service standards and authority requirements.
