In-charge of daily dock receiving, warehouse operations, resource planning, and workplace safety. Take charge of team members, equipment maintenance, and daily problem solving. Ensure the end to end processes are in compliance with company standards, end user requirements, and related service levels.  Continuously evaluate and propose productivity improvements, innovation and improve process optimization.

• Overall Management for CAPEX, A&A and Improvement Projects from initialization to completion; ensuring that the combined requirements of Time/Cost/Quality are well managed and met. • Establish and manage project plan schedules to ensure that milestones are completed on time. • Manage design development to ensure that design outcomes meet project objectives. • Review Operational Briefs and MEP designs pertaining to Development/Addition & Alteration/ Renovation Projects. • Manage contractors and oversee/co-ordinate their works. • Project completion/closeouts – handovers, as-built drawings, O&M, defects management, etc.

Lead and supervise a team of stewards (full and casual part-timer) in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant

Assist Service Attendants with handling food and beverage orders. Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests

Be responsible for taking reservations, answering the phone, responding to any guest requests.

Provide beverage service to guests according to bar specifications and exceed their expectations.

Responsible in handling minor Addition and Alteration works in Marina Bay Sands from Pre-construction, Bidding stage to final Project Closeout including all construction administration to ensure that the property is always kept in the highest standards & performance.
