This position is under the Box Office team, as part of Entertainment department. The Box Office team provides ticket sales services and operational support for Marina Bay Sands attractions and events. This includes ticket sales for ArtScience Museum, SkyPark Observation Deck, Sampan Ride, Digital Light Canvas, performances at Sands Theatre, and other ad hoc events.


Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-up ticket sales and enquires at onsite ticketing counters and self-service ticketing kiosks
  • Perform ticket sales transactions quickly and accurately using computer-based ticketing system
  • Perform cashiering duties including receiving payment by cash, credit card or other payment modes; and daily accounts
  • Execute additional tasks and duties as team leader on a day to day basis for operations
  • Check and verify daily accounts reconciliation for Guest Service Agents
  • Attend to advance ticket sales and enquiries via online channels or Call Centre emails promptly
  • Perform additional ticket sales functions such as refunds, holding of seats, upgrades
  • Follow up on pending cases in a timely and anticipatory manner
  • Process group/corporate booking requests efficiently and accurately
  • Process ticket requests from show promoters or event organisers
  • Execute calling exercises in the event of show changes or updates
  • Run sales and operational reports
  • Resolve incidents, guest feedback and complaints that have been escalated
  • Ensure that staff service audit targets are achieved
  • Assist to guide and coach Guest Service Agents
  • Maintain full knowledge of ticketed attractions and events
  • Maintain full knowledge of department operational procedures
  • Assist with reviewing and updating department operational procedures
  • Implement and evaluate new initiatives as rolled out by Management team
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Any other duties assigned



  • At least three (3) years relevant experience in retail/ticketing/events environment
  • At least two (2) years relevant experience in leading a team of staff 
  • Fluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Pleasant attitude and cheerful demeanor
  • Neat and well-groomed
  • Able to work on rotating shift, including on weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with customer service or management experience will have an added advantage
