About the role

As Head of Operations Switzerland, you will be responsible for leading the Business Travel division across the Swiss market. Reporting to the Director of Operations EMEA, you will manage local teams, oversee service delivery, drive operational efficiency and contribute to the definition and implementation of the customer service strategy. You will act as a key stakeholder in aligning operational goals with client satisfaction and financial performance.

About you

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership position within travel, operations, or service-driven industries.
  • Strong background in people management, change management, and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement strategic plans.
  • Experience in client relationship management and managing escalations.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs, financial planning, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Fluency in French and English required; Swiss German is a strong asset.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments with agility.
