We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our global team. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation of FCM M&E into a truly global leading brand, delivering unparalleled experiences and creative solutions to our customers. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
This role will be responsible for successfully planning & executing a varied selection of highly impactful global and regional projects across multiple countries within the FCM M&E brand. Key duties of the role will involve developing comprehensive project plans, initiating strategic projects, and executing them with precision while aligning with business priorities. You will engage in proactive risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and resource optimisation to ensure seamless project delivery. Alongside monitoring project progress, you'll foster continuous improvement and evaluate outcomes for impactful innovation and sustainable growth.
What You'll need
Proven experience as an end-to-end project manager with a focus on business-driven projects, or 5 years + equivalent FCTG experience
Demonstrable, hands-on experience of:
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, taking the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions with an analytical mindset
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity. The ideal candidate can remain composed under pressure and adjust to evolving project requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, across a global, matrixed business.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Meticulous attention to detail, which is crucial for maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly addressed
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
