KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new multinational business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify sales leads via Salesforce, professional networks, industry events, and face-to-face engagement
  • Conduct cold outreach and convert leads into long-term partnerships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and strategic sales targets aligned to the National Sales Leader
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level client relationships
  • Analyse client spend reports and identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to drive value and retention
  • Provide accurate pipeline updates and participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Adhere to internal sales processes, best practices, and KPI requirements
  • Represent FCM at networking events, conferences, and industry engagements
  • Position FCM as the preferred travel partner through solution-led selling
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Matric (minimum requirement)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Travel (advantageous)
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles
  • Proven B2B experience with C-level engagement
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in solution selling
  • Exposure to industries such as legal, mining, or similar markets (advantageous)
  • Advanced presentation, networking, and commercial acumen skills
  • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, confident, disciplined, and results-oriented
