CruiseHQ is Flight Centre Travel Group’s new B2B cruise wholesale division. We curate and deliver unrivalled and tailor-made cruise packages. We are not just about cruises; we also craft the complete journey. Leveraging exclusives, we seamlessly integrate air, land, and sea travel, offering a selection of exquisitely curated packages through an industry-leading cruise marketplace. 

The Product Coordinator will report to the Head of Product, and be responsible for the creation, delivery and display of innovative, exclusive products for our agent partners to increase company sales and revenue. 

 
The role involves:   

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product, Senior Product Specialist, suppliers, and internal/external teams to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns, ensuring timely product delivery, availability, and smooth process flow 
  • Upload new custom packages to the B2B website, ensuring clear presentation of product details, pricing accuracy, and smooth customer booking experience 

  • Maintain and update website content, including promotions and expired packages, while monitoring supplier fares for accuracy and providing performance reports 

 
  • Manage promotional groups and select sailings, ensuring accurate pricing activation, functionality testing on the B2B booking site, adherence to deadlines, and regular sales tracking and reporting 

  • Support internal and external customers with product or package inquiries, attend industry events, and stay informed on competitor and industry developments 

  • Handle customer support escalations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for both agents and the business 

 

About you:  

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a cruise product, reservations or wholesale role within the travel industry 

  • Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPI’s in the cruise/travel sector 

  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment 

  • Excellent attention to detail, are good at problem solving and work well under pressure 

  • Ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser  

  • Comprehensive computer skills and confidently learn new computer systems (Cruise Line booking systems and GDS experience is an advantage)
