Join our dynamic team as a Partnership Account Manager and take charge of building and nurturing relationships with key partners to elevate our programs! In this role, you'll manage strategic partnerships, oversee performance metrics, and ensure the seamless execution of initiatives that drive customer engagement and growth. This role can be based out of our Brisbane or Sydney office

Day to Day:

• Own and manage strategic partnerships to enhance program offerings
• Negotiate and manage partnership initiatives for mutually beneficial outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner offerings seamlessly
• Monitor and analyse the performance of partnership initiatives and provide insights for improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners for ongoing success
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to partners and stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies leveraging partner offerings
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partnership performance and opportunities
• Manage partnership governance structures to ensure optimal program performance

You will have:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in financial services, payments or loyalty account management, partnership development, or a related role
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
