This role can be based out of our Brisbane or Sydney office
Day to Day:
- Own and manage strategic partnerships to enhance program offerings
- Negotiate and manage partnership initiatives for mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner offerings seamlessly
- Monitor and analyse the performance of partnership initiatives and provide insights for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners for ongoing success
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to partners and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies leveraging partner offerings
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partnership performance and opportunities
- Manage partnership governance structures to ensure optimal program performance
You will have:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in financial services, payments or loyalty account management, partnership development, or a related role
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
