As the Salesforce Technical Lead you'll play a critical leadership role and be responsible for driving technical excellence, platform quality, and scalable delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem. This includes hands-on leadership in development standards, DevOps and release processes, and mentoring engineering teams.


If you would like to work closely with the Salesforce Architect, Platform Lead, and Technical Product Managers to ensure all solutions are aligned to enterprise standards, balance long-term sustainability with immediate value, and empower teams through coaching, knowledge-sharing and technical direction, we encourage you to apply!

Day to day:

  • Lead the design and technical implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
  • Guide developers through code reviews, mentoring, and troubleshooting platform issues
  • Own and manage CI/CD pipelines and release calendars across development and production orgs
  • Coordinate with the Platform Lead and Salesforce Architect on roadmap feasibility, performance, and technical debt
  • Support sprint planning with TPMs and Delivery Leads, translating backlog items into technical tasks
  • Investigate new Salesforce capabilities, DevOps tools, and automation practices to improve efficiency and resilience
  • Coach team members on engineering excellence and platform standards
  • Work with QA, Admins, and BAs to support UAT and functional testing efforts

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers within Salesforce delivery teams
  • Strong experience managing DevOps pipelines, release processes, and environment strategy (e.g., Copado, SFDX, Salesforce CLI)
  • A passion for coaching others, with demonstrated ability to build a high-performing, collaborative team culture
  • Experience delivering in agile environments, including Test-Driven Development and iterative delivery
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex requirements and competing priorities
  • A self-driven mindset with a focus on quality, sustainability, and business impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, JavaScript Developer I, App Builder)
