Your role will involve analysing key performance metrics, developing internal relationships, and supporting business leaders to make informed decisions that enhance commercial outcomes.
You'll also collaborate closely with our Finance team, to ensure the financial health, management, reporting, and compliance of our business. From preparing and presenting consolidated financial reports to managing budgets and forecasts, you'll play a critical role in driving financial performance.
What You'll do:
📈 Drive business improvement and growth through strategic financial management
💼 Collaborate on key projects and initiatives to ensure financial success
📝 Prepare and present month-end and annual financial results
📊 Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis
🤝 Develop and manage relationships across Finance and Operational teams
🔍 Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and financial controls
💡 Partner with operational leaders to optimize commercial outcomes
Are You the Perfect Fit?
- Do you have a degree in Business/Commerce - Accounting or Finance, and a CA/CPA qualification?
- Do you bring 2+ years of experience in a similar finance role with a high level of commercial acumen?
- Can you partner effectively with stakeholders, influence decisions, and build strong relationships?
- Are you proficient in financial systems, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI?
- Do you have exceptional time management and organizational skills, and a passion for driving business improvement?
