Our growing Flight Centre Luxury teams are evolving to meet the increasing desire for flexibility. To meet the demands of a changing market and create greater flexibility for our business and teams, we are expanding on the success of our existing remote businesses and we are looking for a Remote/Hybrid Team Leader role to lead our Luxury Queensland team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
- Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
- Coaching and developing team members
- Providing vision and motivation for the team
- Maintaining an overall positive team environment
