As a Future Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success, motivating your team to achieve new heights and contributing to key performance indicators. Supporting the Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of both the business and the people within it - empowering them to thrive, stay connected, and deliver exceptional service.

To meet the demands of a changing market and create greater flexibility for our business and teams, we are expanding on the success of our existing remote businesses and we are looking for a Remote/Hybrid Future Team Leader for our Luxury Queensland team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all OBW Business and Operating systems
- Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
- Coaching and developing team members
- Providing vision and motivation for the team
- Maintaining an overall positive team environment
