Your daily tasks include assisting our corporate travel consultants on clients business travel enquiries,  arranging  air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations, or assisting our clients to onboard to our technology platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide quotations for the sales team and clients
  • Liaise with suppliers such as hotels on payment arrangements for travellers
  • Liaise with visa centre on visa & health checks for travel and obtain quarantine requirement & quarantine hotel arrangements for respective countries
  • To assist team with accurate reporting and raising requests when errors are found
  • Assist with invoicing, processing refunds and sending credit notes to clients
  • To run alert reports and contact affected passengers.
  • To run User Acceptance Testing on technology platform for national clients
  • To run User Acceptance Testing on technology platform with internal GDS team.
  • To work with Online Booking Tool (OBT) support / troubleshooting
  • To assist and back up our travel consultants coverage when needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in customer service role or fresh graduates
  • Strong ability to listen and communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Positive and friendly attitude with passion for delivering amazing customer service
  • Acts with honesty and integrity
  • Organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
  • Desire to learn, develop and grow a career with a leading MNC
