Technical Writer

We are looking for a technical writer to become our leading product expert. This important member of our Product Support team will deep dive into our the industry-leading online booking tool to document and share its functionality and updates with the 15,000 person+ business that sells and implements it.

 

Responsiblities:

• Create diagrams, roadmaps, matrixes, presentations and other documentation, and update this material by liaising with our product and engineering teams during our sprint cadence
• Learning about the unique needs of the sales, customer support, and implementation needs and building a process to keep them updated on product development
• Research the online booking tool market to understand how ours compares, and help define and communicate its value proposition to key stakeholders 

Requirements:

• 3 plus years of experience as a technical writer on a B2C or B2B software product
• Ability to convert technical and complex functionality into plain English documentation and training material in a variety of settings
• A highly organized self-starter able to build process
• Bachelor degree
