About the opportunity: 

We are looking for an Event Producer to successfully lead and execute event production requirements from beginning to end, leading support team members and exceeding client expectations on a seamless execution.

Our events inspire our clients’ audiences, stimulate their hearts and minds and drive them to achieve their business goals. We connect them to our client’s business by creating engaging, innovative events, compelling incentive programs, and exciting communications.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work directly with the Senior Producer on project management of events, and takes on assigned projects.
  • Provide support to the Sales & Account Management teams for pitches and proposals with production elements
  • Effectively manage the production support team on each event, delegating tasks, quality control, providing constructive feedback, and training where needed.
  • To build and manage the event project timeline with all key deadlines and deliverables.
  • Create event production run order, run of show, and other key documents
  • To build and manage the production budgets, from creation, ongoing updates and post event reconciliation
  • Technical Management of virtual, hybrid and in person events.
  • Management of virtual event technology & streaming tools
  • On-site speaker and rehearsal management
  • Show Directing / Show calling
  • Contracting, negotiation and management of production vendors.
  • Management of all creative assets and minor editing of assets in Premier/Davinci.
  • Entertainment, talent and speaker management
  • Participates in the available training opportunities, directed by the Senior Producer

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Production Industry (in conjunction with corporate event experience is preferred)
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Proven track record in effective leadership
  • Able to manage technical people at a senior level
  • Certifications in Event Management, Project Management or Audio Visual
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in event production and/or virtual events
  • Demonstrated effective customer service skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of Event Management Software: Cvent or similar. A knowledge of major production suppliers and technology products
  • Proficient knowledge of streaming tools and editing software such as Zoom / Microsoft Teams / Camtasia /OBS Studio / Adobe Premier / Davinci Resolve

This is a full-time position. Typical work days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
