Group Reporting Manager

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Reporting Manager to join our global family. The Reporting Manager’s role is to apply accounting principles and procedures for efficient and effective accounting and auditing purposes for the company.

They must then produce timely and accurate financial reports, having done the necessary meticulous analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and implement accounting operations and objectives.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Make and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Monitor and review the compliance with tax laws and regulations. 
• Responsibility for preparing budget and forecast activities.
• Work collaboratively with respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
• Interpret the company’s financial results for management and recommend improvement activities.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• BA degree in Accounting/Auditing (CPA, ACCA, CIMA is a plus)
• More than 3 years of experience in Audit/General Accounting
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, financial reporting etc.

Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (macro, SQL knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to communicate across cultures, demonstrating written and spoken proficiency in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines on both individual and team tasks
