Sabre Specialist

Job Description:

 The successful candidate will be well organized and detail oriented.

  • Extensive knowledge of Sabre required
  • Knowledge of Operational processes preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of consultant workflow – PNR to reporting preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently to create documents, processes, etc.
  • Training background a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Business Support

  • Maintain training library for process changes
  • Customer Care Team assistance
  • Script and automation documentation and training
  • Monitor training mailbox and answer queries

Sabre Training 

  • Responsible for training at both Novice and Experienced level
  • Ongoing training for existing agents to upskill as required
  • Development and documentation of novice training program, to include existing processes, in a multi-course program around Sabre.
  • Periodically review and update training programs to update for new processes as required
  • Red Apps- sourcing efficiency opportunities, ordering and maintenance
  • RAP customer support
  • Ongoing monitoring of new Sabre releases, to include documentation of new formats, shortcuts, etc.
  • Distribution of information about Sabre updates to users to maximize efficiency
  • Training for new Red Apps as required
  • Upskilling new agents on advanced Sabre formats
  • Host monthly “coffee break” training sessions for all agents
  • One on one sessions for agents as required
