Accounts Assistant (Continuous Improvement)

This role will see you working closely with all functions within the Finance Team, with a particular focus on process improvement.

 

Daily responsibilities for our Accounts Assistant include:

· Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities, for both the onshore and offshore teams

· Keep Financial Controller updated on projects, status and outcomes

· Work with the Finance Team to ensure SOPs are complete for all tasks

· Support the finance team with the transition to a new booking system

· Assist the Offshore team in following up on any outstanding items and queries

· Assist with Bank and Travel Account Ledger Reconciliations as required

· Assist with Accounts Payable as required

· Other ad hoc tasks as required

 

As such, you’ll have three years of experience in a similar role, proven success in developing and implementing efficient processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and are a self-starter with a proactive approach and attention to detail. A Process Improvement Certification (Six Sigma or similar) is desirable.
